By using our corporate subscription service, you agree that a business representative owill be present at the specified address for each monthly delivery/refresh. After requesting the initial trial, a representative with payment authorisation must be present to agree with the subscription terms, which will be fully explained in person. Details are also provided on our website for reference.
By using this service, you agree to a delivery fee if no one is available to accept the delivery, or the address is incorrect and we cannot get in contact with anyone with the information provided. If no one is present at the delivery address for the order, the order will be returned to the studio and a redelivery fee will apply. Orders cannot be left with anyone under 18 years of age.
Deliveries will be completed before 5:00 PM to a business address and before 6:00 PM to a private address (Monday to Friday). Please write a note if you have a special request for delivery. While we can make no guarantees, however we will do our best to fulfil it.
Public Holidays
Please note that we do not deliver or collect on public holidays.
Botanical Avenue goes to great lengths to source the highest quality silk flowers and vases for our customers. There are ways to ensure that your new arrangement last for as long as possible.

If you feel that your arrangement has not been provided in a satisfactory condition, please contact us in the first instance so we can resolve. We may request a photo of the damage which will assist with speeding up the process. We do not offer a refund for sales due to change of mind.
For our subscription service, if there is an issue with the arrangement after delivery, such as it is faulty, or you are unhappy with the style, please contact us in the first instance so that we can try to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
For our subscription service, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required before the next scheduled refresh date/time. For cancellations made within this time-frame, the subscription will be cancelled the following month.
Delivery
All arrangements are made to order. Same-day local delivery and collection applies to website store items only and excludes custom arrangements. For standard shipping, please allow 2-7 days to process the order before it is posted. For express shipping, please allow 1-2 days to process the order before it is posted.
Standard and Express Shipping is via Aramex and takes 1-5 business days for metro areas within Australia. Please let us know if your order is urgent so that we can try and assist you.
